All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days after processing
  • International Orders (if applicable): 7-21 business days after processing

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Just Breathe Store is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

     

    If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Just Breathe Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

    International Shipping (If Offered)

    Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
